I'm sure Gotham City has a permanent place on any such statistical list in the DCU.

Of COURSE El Paso is safe. Jaime has the most awesome group of people backing him up! His parents alone are more fabulous than the Batcave.

Heck, given that they were already third last year, when Jaime was lost in space, Paco probably deserves most of the credit.

Yay for Jaime!

Of course this begs the questions - who's watching over Mission Viejo and Brick Township (and that's only because that one's in driving distance)?

That makes total sense! :D

And it was just revealed in Teen Titans this week that Blue Beetle is one of the few young heroes (with Ravager and Supergirl) that didn't get corrupted in the evil future, so that now it makes even more sense :]

Once again, I live within short driving distance of one of the most dangerous AND one of the most safest cities in the country (being Camden and Brick Township NJ, respectively.) God bless America.
